Waxing

Waxing enhances the visual appearance of the piece but does not extend its life. It can be applied without prior cleaning, but after 3 to 4 applications, a complete cleaning is recommended to avoid suffocating the leather.A darker polish will restore the original color, while a neutral polish works for all colors. Apply with a clean cloth in circular motions. Allow it to rest for at least 15 minutes before taking any further steps.

Waterproofing

Spray a colorless waterproofing spray about 20 cm away to protect your shoes from moisture, especially in wet conditions.

Soles and heels

Some of our models feature smooth leather soles. A transparent plastic film is applied before they leave the workshop to protect the sole during trials, allowing you to test the model without risking damage to the sole.

Once the test is complete, we strongly recommend removing the protective film before using the model for the first time. If the film is not removed, prolonged rubbing can damage the sole and cause the plastic to melt.

Please note that failure to follow this instruction may result in us refusing any returns or compensation for damage.

Our advice

Insole

We recommend adding a protective pad to your insole after 2 or 3 uses. This step is essential to ensure your pair adapts to your gait and the sole softens.
Installation should be carried out by a professional, preferably a shoemaker.

Heel Cap

To enhance the durability of your heel, we recommend having a heel cap fitted by a shoemaker as soon as the first signs of wear appear.
